| The Flamingo Hilton's Floating Casino in Kansas City used grand format printing to create a three-dimensional background of cafes and shops in the casino's food court area. Neon was added on the backgrounds for embelishment. Cartoon style cloud effects were suspended above to obscure mechanical equipment. Additional graphics decorated the grand staircase area from dock level to casino level.
Printing was done on vinyl strips which were then pasted and applied as wall covering over the structures. Client/Designer: Communication Arts Inc., Boulder, CO |
